Use tweens instead of frame by frame animation
Use pencil instead of brush
Use solid lines instead of dashed
Use symbols
Try to avoid importing bitmaps
Right click sound files in library, goto properties, under compression use spech or ADPCM for short pieces but MP3s for long ones, make sure you can get, where it says, kbps as low as posible but click test to make sure it sounds decent
Group objects
and Click compress check box when exporting it.
